homeLAB set-up

Welcome to my homelab. For those who don't know what that is, a homelab is a type of continuous project that many IT and Cyber Professionals work on. For some, it simulates Enterprise Technology Infrastructure and gives them an environment to test software. For others, it's a way to host services they use everyday, such as Plex servers, NAS/ private clouds, Home Assistant, and more. More often than not, its both.

Home labs consist of pretty much any and all types of technology you could think of, hardware and software. There are no limits to what it can be made up of...decommissioned enterprise servers, workstations, thin clients, laptops, old desktops, Raspberry Pi clusters, network switches, firewall appliances, etc.

The books in this shelf will detail the components of my lab environment. Components such as hardware, networking, storage configurations, host OS, etc. This is a continuous project that I'll be working on outside of work hours, so if certain details or documentation seems half complete, it's most likely because I'm in the process of documenting it!
